Everyone’s dreaming of having a toned body without hitting the gym every day, and we’re here to tell you it’s definitely possible. As a matter of fact, we’re going to present a simple 10-minute workout that can be performed easily anywhere, and is great for beginners.
Here are the 3 exercises:
Slide into slide lunges
This exercise will target your butt and legs and should be done barefoot (with socks on) considering the fact that you’ll need to slide on the floor. Stand upright with your legs wide apart, then go into a squat, but extend one of your legs to the side. Interlock your fingers in front of you with your arms extended, then quickly slide your other leg onto the side. Repeat the exercise up to 15 times per side.
Deadlift will reinforce the muscles in your legs and butt and can be easily performed. You’ll need dumbbells for the exercise – watch the instructions in the video and repeat it 10-15 times.
This exercise is also aimed at your legs and butt – just follow the instructions in the video above and repeat it 15-20 times.
The routine is pretty easy to follow and will provide results in a record time. Try it yourself a few times per day and you’ll look much better soon!
